4. User Submissions & Communications

Our role does not include providing legal, tax, or financial advice unless explicitly agreed in writing. You should consult qualified professionals.
Commission, fees, or charges: any commission or fee payable to us or agents will be as per a separate agreement or local regulatory rules and communicated in advance.
6. Intellectual Property

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
